Bought two handbags for a wedding they had chains of which both broke whilst attending the wedding. I was told at the time that they didn't give refunds but would give a credit note if there was any problems. I took them back today but was told that they could be fixed I told her I didn't want them fixed I would prefer an exchange. She flatly refused was abrupt and rude. I wouldn't waste my money going in there again. Bad manners and poor quality items. I would give a no star rating if possible.
