        Hi i went to boots merryhill today for the eye appointments for my girls. We had twice cancelled the appointments by team due to lack of staff. Finally we wnt there today and it was exceptionally good with service. During this visit, we got service by 3 members. Millie-may, Simon and Milley.Above 3 are extremely professional and friendly. I can recommend anyone to this place also recommended the above staff for any salary benefits or appreciation from their management. Thank you team boots Joshy George

        Friendly staff but very very slow service. We had an appointment and were told it would take approximately 20-25 minutes and we were there for almost 2 hours.

        Had to pop into the store at merry hill due to a problem with my right eye & I must say that all the staff were brilliant & I was seen promptly by Shanaz a lovely lady optician & a very professional gentleman named Josh who gave me very sound advice & was very helpful & also very caring & he seemed genuinely concerned,he recommended that I go to the eye hospital asap which I did & im glad to say that all was fine, but I probably wouldn't have gone if it wasn't for Josh. Thank you for being there for me.

        My sister had an appointment with Boots Merry Hill today, from walking in to stepping out the customer service was nothing short of fantastic No waiting, Thorough, Excellent, Professional Eye Test by Aman, then passed in to a lovely assistant by the name of Katie , polite, patient,informative and nothing was to much trouble. My sister chose from a vast array of glasses , got a discount because of being 60 and was one happy lady . Like to give all 3 Ladies a special shout out so Meg, Aman and the lovely Katie .Thank you all for your kindness and patience. Would definitely recommend this opticians
