        Apparently profit is more important than proving negligence. Only looking at ONE letter that is only a THIRD of information about event, not even attempting to get the full picture and the facts Waldrens described not in their interest of making money for themselves would not represent nor investigate claim. I would never use these people again and would recommend that you use a more reliable source
