Just a WOW experience! While in the middle of the week from hell my car key battery died on me, leaving me stranded on the gym car park minutes before my dinner break was over and had to be back in the office. I quickly ran to Brierley Hill Cobblers where i was met by the most friendly and genuine guy I've had the pleasure of meeting. he worked his magic and my key was still having none of it. After putting it on different machines and changing the battery it was intermittent to say the least. After pulling out my card to pay for the battery I was told, "If it works come back and pay but if it doesn't, then don't worry about it at least we tried". Luckily it worked and today I went back to pay. Honestly I was so up in the air when this happened that just this bit of kindness shows there's still good in this world. Honest fella thank you.

Had keys cut today, first class service, quick efficient and much cheaper than most other outlets. Well done I will certainly be giving all my business to him in future.

Had a pair of platforms that that platform had disinterested on and he managed to cut them away and make them wearable again such brilliant service would highly recommend thanks so much so happy with them
