Ordered curtain rails and when they arrived the ends didn't line up so you couldn't attach them to the wall. I had to call them in order to get a returns form, they don't include them in the parcel. When the form was emailed eventually after having to remind them, there were all sorts of conditions that weren't apparent when ordering. They claim that if you order a set of curtain rails then they are bespoke, it doesn't say this on the product page, I guess it's hidden in the T&Cs I returned them and they charged a 25% restocking charge! Don't like the lack of transparency and taking charges for items that are not fit for purpose. Beware of ordering from these people. Service: Furniture design

Im a single mum of four school aged boys. I worry when I order large items that I wont be able to lift or assemble them and if a pay extra to assemble/take away option isnt available I often wont purchase it. However, my son was so keen on your bed that I ordered it anyway. I neednt have worried as all the five packages were liftable either by one person or two and as for the assembly.due to the majority of it being slot together my nine and fifteen year old put it together without any supervision in about an hour! Solid, good looking wooden bed.
