Last year (2022) I needed several windows replaced and was so pleased with the no haggling, no amazing special offers, no pressure sales and professional approach I went ahead. The follow up instalation was equally as efficient and professional. This year (March 2023), I went back for a composite door. Again first class service and competitive price. Waited just three weeks and another professional installation.

We finally decided to get our bay windows replaced. After getting some quotes we decided to go with Carera Windows for the following reasons: their quote was reasonable, their representative was helpful and made some useful suggestions, they are an established business. The turn around from placing our order to fitting was very timely. The fitting team replaced both bedroom and living room windows in a day...they worked non stop. We're really pleased with our new windows. We found the Carera Windows team very friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. Recommended!
