        Really good customer service today from Jo @Merry hill store , helped me to find my lost receipt on the Argos system, sent it to my email and exchanged my broken airfryer with a great smile , a lovely attitude and a real credit to your store Thank you Jo for all your help

        Rude and unprofessional staff. Tried to return an item under warranty and a young guy went into the back with my item. Returned 1 minute later laughing with other staff members and tried to say it was accidental damage. Left after clearly pointing out it was a manufacturer fault. Fast forward a week I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a replacement straight away. Wouldn't buy anything from them again as the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

        SHARON HYMAN & TARA YOU ARE BOTH THE RUDEST,INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL SMALL MINDED PEOPLE. BOTH DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND SHOUT AT THEM. CANNOT STAND BEING TOLD THE TRUTH AND IGNORE YOUR WISHES. HAD TO REPORT BOTH TO HEAD OFFICE AND IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES MAKE SURE YOU REPORT THEM TO HEAD OFFICE AS THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS STORE. SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAND BEHIND COUNTER WHISPERING YOU WISH YOU WASNT WORKING, DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.

        Fantastic service provided by the Merry Hill team, ordered and was zble to collect product straight away. Argos staff were very friendly, welcoming, professional. A lovely lady from the collection point called Jo was very kind and offered herself to carry my product to the car park as it was a big heavy box, as i was unable due to being heavily pregnant, that shows how much kindness and empathy staff provide, and they're ready to go thd extra mile for their customers. 5+ star service, truly recommend them!

        Amazing customer service thanks in particular to Stacy at the Merry Hill branch. She went the extra mile and went and found my item for collection which had arrived late and not been checked in , from 30 cases of deliveries. Especially this time of the year when it is extra busy. Thanks again
