        Have tried to book appointment at the foot clinic tried on Monday the ninth of April waited on the phone for twenty minutes no appointments at all that week at Brierley hill was told phone again on Thursday did so again another twenty minutes wait and was told the earliest appointment was for the twelfth of may which I had to take I am has a type two diabetic I am supposed to get my feet done ever month with out fail no chance at the moment why cant I do it online every thing else seems to be that way these days

        Pleased with the service I received today when visiting for a glucose tolerance test. All staff were friendly and approachable including reception staff. Toilet was clean. There was a little cafe available on site. Only thing I'd suggest is making sure all the hand sanitisers are filled.
