        Just witnessed the woman behind the till being exceptionally rude to a young customer before humiliating him in front of the older customers behind. I asked earlier for help with money and she was dismissive, so I'll go to M&S. Looking at the previous reviews, this seems to be a recurrent problem.

        From my previous dealings, i had no issues when getting euros for my holiday, the exchange rate was fair and the buy back rate did fluctuate, i would be nice to know if you purchase from here that when you come back with left over notes that you can get a favourable exchange back if you can prove you got the money with documentation, over all it was a good experience.
