Brought 2 x eye contacts in July 2021 when opened one pair they where fine but the other pair was horrible to wear. Both from same manufacturer. Was told it was my fault as I didn't check sizes and constantly blaming me. Been wearing contacts for over a year from this place and no problems. When I asked for a refund I basically got told replacement only even though its my consumer rights. I agreed to replacement but to be told they must not of been opened! Clearly needed to be opened to find out they where irritating the eye. They don't allow u to collect so was told I have to pay for delivery for replacement. Messaged so many times and all I get is ignored even though I agreed to replacement even though I wanted my money back for one pair of contacts. If you want to be hustled, ripped off, talked down to and ignored then use this place! Trading standards will be getting involved with this company as what should a customer be ripped off while they reap the benefits.
