Its hard to find a laptop repair outlet that doesn't feed you with endless amounts of intakes of breath and the dreaded "V" word (Virus!). I've dealt with some garbage outlets over the years but my faith is restored!. I had a problem with a works laptop (Own business) due to becoming very slow, failing to boot, hanging up etc and was is a pickle on a Saturday afternoon. Called Black Country Micro's and John was very professional and suggested i pop in to discuss. He diagnosed the problem quickly as a faulty hard drive and recommended fitment of a Solid State Drive. I fully understood that Sat PM not much is going to get done, but he did promise it would be done by TUE. He called me on Mon to update on the situation, he had managed to backup the all important data and was on course to complete the repair by TUE. He went out of his way to do other requests also. Tue 4pm John Called and all was done, picked up laptop and tried... Very impressed 10x faster and no loss of data. Superb service from Black Country Micro's - Fully recommended and a great resource to be able to call upon in the future should i have PC problems. Thanks John!
