Absolutely brilliant service , purchased a car from them no pressure at all fabulous customer service , Ive never felt so comfortable walking into a place and never being hunted by salespeople trying to sell sell sell , Emma the sales executive was more than helpful we felt at ease also the manager mark never pressured us into anything Thank you guys would definitely recommend 100%

We had a text from the untrustworthy group reading. "Your vehicle is pending some maintenance work. Please call or book in online." So the car was then booked in. Turns out that this was just a marketing ploy and there was not something that had to be done at all. So we wasted 3 hours travelling and the cost of a hire car. To my mind this was all just a scam. I will never deal with untrustworthy group again to the point it has point me off owning a VW.

We used to take our VWs to coach craft in Willenhall ... where the service and customer care was excellent....they unfortunately were closed down by the Johnsons VW group a few years back and their local branch is based in Birmingham bit too far for us. But our experience of VW Stourbridge service team was Simply awful... my wifes car was running perfectly fine until we brought her car into this so called VW franchise. 273 for a minor service for a car that was running perfectly fine .... service detected faults in suspension so further 463 paid out. Bare in mind we had not issues with the car at this point but for peace of mind we decided to follow their advice. So 2 months later, engine management light comes on ... phone them up to discuss but very uninterested ... no after care skills at all! If someone has paid over 700 on a service the least that a company can do is listen to the concerns of the customer and ask them to bring the car in for a check over and reassurance ... nope ... I quote sometimes sensors can be knocked during a service ... its probably that..... simply awful customer service! My first and last service with this VW franchise and going forward I will stay away from this DO NOT Trust group altogether... I suggest you do your homework before booking your car in!

All I can do is give you advise, the Stourbridge branch are not to be trusted. Mainly the service department, basically over charging (Wolverhampton branch quoted less) and under delivering with customer service . I've had problems with this branch before with my wife's car, BUT I gave them a second change. I suggest the Dealer Principal actual takes note and perhaps, gets some tips and training for his staff from the Wolverhampton branch.

Be very careful in dealing with this organisation. They hide behind terms and conditions which they do not make you aware of, unless asked and their approach to customer serivce is beyond appalling in my experience. Had the misfortune of dealing with their sales team who treated me with utter contempt. Needless to say, I am not buying a car from them.
