        Not very keen on the new store as I run a business sometime i need some change but since they moved to the new store the never seem to have any on the counter nows

        The staff were so lovely, kind and polite! So helpful and made the whole process simple and quick whilst being offered the best support. After going to a different bank and being told we would have to wait a month to be seen, the sweet and caring staff at Nationwide set us up as soon as we walked in the store.

        Not a good experience found one member of staff rude and patronising other staff were very polite. If you carnt give good customer service and be polite then don't do the job. Will not be visiting again
