Some of this builders work is good, however he doesn't finish off jobs, is very unreliable, treats his workers like s***, doesn't turn up when he promises to, lies through his teeth, blames other people esp. his workers for faults caused by himself, leaves the job unfinished and even if the electrics and gas fittings are correct doesn't supply you with an electric or gas certificate at the end ( if he actually completes the job ) etc. He is an excellent designer coming up with loads of ideas, but he also comes up with great excuses for his inefficiencies. When you do three jobs at the same time at three different locations with only two permanent workers - the rest being hired as and when, is it any wonder he throws his arms up in the air, and cuts and runs.
