my daughter went for her 3rd lobe piercing and the young girl who pierced them didnt seem very confident at all. She said she needed to do with a needle.. then Geana said it would be ok! She placed the mark 3 times, took ages comparing the 2 and asking us if they ok.. the mark was big so not clear where it was going to be pierced but all we asked is that they were the same distance away from the other 2 we mentioned it alot! she assured me they would be. She pierced them and when we looked, one was ok.. the other was very close to the bottom earring not the same at all. We questioned it and Geana who agreed it wasnt right and said only thing to do was take it out and do it again. Which she did herself. . causing a lot more pain as was sore anyway, my daughter got in the car and sobbed as it was hurting so much from being pierced twice. They didnt heal properly, was very sore for weeks and and my daughter ended up removing them due to the pain. Wasnt going to go back as the service we received wasnt a happy one. All good, but due to misleading opening times had one upset girl - says working hours on Mondays are 10am-8pm, we drove half an hour to get there and arrived at 7:15 only to see the shop was closed and empty inside. Before travelling, we messaged to ask if we needed to book and were told to just pop in - not sure well be taking this risk again. Visited them previously and everything was great up until todays disappointment. Service: Nose piercing

Had my forward helix and conch pierced today by Lauren- she was amazing and very honest about previous scar tissue so pierced the other ear instead which I was perfectly fine with. Studio was lovely and clean (something that's extremely important to me) and amazing quality jewellery and needles used. So happy with my piercings and I'll definitely be coming back for some more in the future!! 10/10 very happy Service: Ear piercing

Got pierced here last week and had such a lovely experience. Not sure of the piercer's name, but she was so sweet and gentle. I had my nose pierced elsewhere before, had an awful experience and it got infected. So I was expecting to be in so much pain... It was nowhere near as painful as the first time, and my eyes hardly watered!. Was over within 15 seconds..defo worth it Thank youuuu Service: Nose piercing
