Poor service; we were a big group, however even allowing for that it wasn't good - some dishes completely missed off and when chased it was because they'd run out of halloumi, but no one was going to bother telling us. Some of the food was really nice (panko chicken & halloumi), but the nachos and the loaded fries were dire. Bar ok if you're happy with cocktails but no wine or cider which seems odd.

Had breakfast wasn't good tell staff was tell be sort out. And at end pay bill things wasn't sort out but to fed up n customers screvice was poor comment on Facebook and was tell if do again I face legal action. So all and will not be back

Do NOT go too this bar Paid for bottomless brunch. Took them one hour to serve one cocktail which was absolutely disgusting. Food was served on oven pans, and still cold. It was worse than poor it was horrendous. Staff had no clue what was going on alt all arguing and swearing between themselves. If you want a good time DONT GO. Dont believe there reviews about people not paying, its there attempt at damage limitations as they are appalling. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME Trading standards need to shut the place down. The Owners response its totally untrue and over 20 guests will support with a statement of truth. The response to my complaint is a total lie we DID NOT received 100 of pounds worth of cocktails., We didnt even get one complete round of cocktails. Every one paid up front so nobody had free drink or food. THe one cocktail that was served was disgusting like dish water . I will be coming to see you regarding the matter and will expect a full refund for all the deposits made. I will be exercising my consumer rights I refer you to the consumer rights act 2015 .You took our money however failed to provide the food and drink described on the menus, furthermore the one drink you did provide was not satisfactory. The food served was cold and not Edible. In addition we witnessed bulling in the work place. I can continue with a more in-depth point by point complaint should you wish? , however I suggest we arrange to meet regarding the refund. I will advise you further on your poor service, you will then have all the information to enable you to remedy your satisfactory standards going forward. I look forward to hearing from you.ASAP.
