        Had a plumber booked in for 2 weeks with CHG and have been let down by them when they were due to arrive. I have taken time off work and have moved everything out in preparation. Surely a company like this should have a contingency plumber???

        Mike and other colleagues arrived as promised 8am and fitted the new boiler. They encountered some wiring issues and persevered until 6:30 pm to get it up and running. They returned the next day to diagnose and fix the wiring issue and its now running perfectly. The issue was no fault of CHG as the original house wiring was poor to say the least!! Polite, efficient and punctual service from the MD down to the fitting/electric crew with a great price to match. Highly recommend.
