        Terribly rude,had medication that was due today and had spoken to them to make sure, only for a friend to collect them today, to be told that they have my medication, but I can't have it until Monday! The drs surgery said that's not the case and I should be able to get them today. Now my friend is having to drive from pharmacy to pharmacy trying desperately to find somewhere to collect. Absolutely dreadful service!!

        Why won't they answer the phone very frustrating I've been trying most of the day. When I was i the chemist first thing this morning the phone was ringing all the time nobody answered it. 5 staff in there not happy!

        Rude, you get real attitude from most staff,very slow at seeing customers never answer the phone when called. Made to wait nearly 2 weeks for prescription that only took 3 days else where
