Never open at appropriate times, barley any staff and the few that are there are mostly useless, not to mention odd alienation when they dont believe that I need the prescriptions Im due, very humiliating.

Regularly find the staff helpful and polite despite having been under extreme pressures since the pandemic. Have found ensuring repeat prescription is placed well in advance works. I am sure that being able to actually access medication to dispense is out of the pharmacists control. They usually have it when you collect next time. Thank you all for all your hard work.

I regularly go to lloyds pharmacy and find the staff very friendly and helpful. Admittedly, they are under extreme pressure and waiting is frustrating.

Very poor service and this is attached to the medical centre, you would like to think that they will have the necessary medication on hand, but always end up with some thing that you have to go back for. I used to put my repeat request in a week before I needed it and it is never ready. I now put in a repeat prescription slip a week after I collect it. Giving three week's for it to be printed , signed , sent over the twenty or so paces and it still is not ready and usually have to wait for it to be assembled. Have been ringing now for two hours and no response. Absolutely disgraceful business practice.
