Rude receptionist couldnt interrupt her personal call to acknowledge me standing in the shop. Plenty of other places to go.

I cannot recommend Robert Frith in Bridport enough. I have been a patient for years and recently had problems. I went to see them for some advice without an appointment and was immediately helped by Jacqui the receptionist who could not have been more helpful and wrote all my symptoms down in order to relay them. I returned a little later to be given advice and reassurance and the next available appointment. Wow what a wonderful service, huge thanks to Kate and Jacqui.

After my glasses broke whilst away on holiday I gave the shop a call. Surprisingly the phone was answered before they were open. Lots of free advice, then after a visit to the shop I was sorted. Super helpful. If I lived here they would be my chosen optician.

I visited the Bridport Friths opticians to purchase some new glasses after having a bad experience at another opticians. The service is amazing, I felt very well looked after. I was not rushed and I have now got some glasses that really suit me and that I really enjoy wearing.

I can highly recommend this independent optician, selling independent frames with amazing customer service. It was a delight dealing with Kate and everyone else in the shop. Thanks everyone I will be back.
