Sending your child to nursery for the first time can be daunting. You don't know how they will get on, whether they will be upset, will the nursery follow your guidance, and so much more. With Sunny Days we have had nothing to worry about. From the first day, staff made an effort to understand my son's needs, allowed him to develop in his own way and supported him through the process. He had a language delay and the Sunny Days team have taught him new signs and helped him to blossom. Additionally, he has a dairy intolerance which they have managed with no problems. My boy loves it there and I couldn't recommend Sunny Days highly enough.

I can't fault the Childcare, my child was always well looked after, my problem is the admin side of the business, any opportunity to make money from you was taken, they were extremely inflexible when when it came to submitting hours, if child was dropped off a few mins early we were charged for the extra hour and finally they wanted to charge 25 admin fee to fill out forms that usually took 2+ weeks to be returned
