        An honest opinion WOW . I havent even been to the place but reading the abusive , nonconstructive answer to a concern in the review section giving a 1 star, Said it all. I shall not be going there .. Amazing @&//. A normal polite answer from the owner, would be to explain why the problem occurred. The abuse continues please read below ..

        Hi.l think l have visited most of the tropical fish suppliers in southern England over the last forty years or so. I found Pets Direct a pure delight to visit and found both Simon and his wife most helpful and Simon to be especially knowledgeable and most helpful -the tanks we're well stocked and very clean and l was impressed with the filter system and the amount of accessory that were modestly priced.

        Easily the most helpful Aquatics shop Ive visited since getting into fish keeping. Couldnt Recommend Simon enough for his knowledge on fish keeping and his constant help and advice since first setting my tank up. Also Felicity for her great customer service and out of hours replies when possible lol! A great team with a great selection of fish and fish keeping stock available. It will be the only shop I use for my tanks!
