        If I'm honest I did not initially consider O'Briens because of a general opinion based on a bias from 30 years ago. However, O'Briens (under the management of Neil Downton) came highly recommended by a very respectable tradesman in town, so I took his advice. I cannot fault them! From the outset they were wonderful. The communication was brilliant from the initial visit, the quote, keeping me in the loop re dates/the scaffolding and throughout. I was provided with before and after pictures, given advice and they cleaned out my neighbours gullies, which lead into mine. Their workers were respectful in a very tricky and tight layout with my neighbours. I am very very pleased with the outcome.
