One star is generous. Brazier is about as trustworthy as a pack of hyenas. He was only ever interested in doing a plea deal. He refused point blank to obtain full disclosure. He failed to make submissions to the courts, then the day after those submissions were due he resigned from the case. Braizer it would appear is assisting the police getting convictions on plea deals . He is not to be trusted under any circumstances. This is my opinion from personal experience. Brazier works with a barrister called neil hinton he is just another brazier an hyena who use people to get legal aid money to line their pockets without doing the job they are getting the money for. Hinton also in this case without seeing any evidence they were both adamant my nephew should plead guilty and do a deal. I intend to submit complaints to both the law society and bar council about these two and their action or lack of action and defence of a vunerable person. I may say also the police in dorset are inately corrupt and i will be pursuing these peoe and bodies and show they are corrupt and involved in criminal activities. If you use ian brazier and or neil hinton then you need to be beware they wkll sell you out to the police and fail to defend you to the standard required.
