The pub (hub) service was terrible, if you want a holiday where you use the pub house attached the caravan park, you can't order food if they are busy. Even if it's 7pm at night. They say the kitchen is closed as we are busy, despite the fact it should be open until 9pm. We were out all day and fancied nice meal but unfortunately had no food as a result and the shop onsite was also closed. Not what you would expect from a holiday park.
The swimming pool is very small, great for very young children but not teenagers or adults. You also have to book online to use the swimming pool, of which the WiFi had issues running.
Th onsite arcade is very small and basic.
It is very dedicated towards young children, nothing to do for teenagers or adults.
The area of west bay, however, is lovely. I can't fault the location. The beach is pebble and sand, there are some lovely gift shops too.
