Bunch of dirty thieves. Put virtually no signage on country roads that it's no parking and then slap tickets all over people's cars. And at a time the country is on its knees financially. Should be ashamed!

DORSET COUNCIL, where is your Compassion ?? my wife was given a PCN (Parking Charge Notice) her car was overheating & she moved onto a verge, so as not, to obstruct other road users, She appealed the decision on the grounds of Mitigating circumstances, & was sent a letter the next day, turning down her appeal, there was no contact name on the letter?
