Wessex Surveyors provided invaluable and expert technical advice on a new property build for my husband and me over an extended period of time. Ian Vicary in particular is experienced and astute. He was able to facilitate meetings in sometimes difficult circumstances with a noted ability to articulate matters in a manner that got to the heart of each issue whilst providing a balanced perspective. Survey reports and all other correspondence were well written, well structured and comprehensive in terms of required scope. I can thoroughly recommend this firm of surveyors.

Instructed this company to do a Level 3 survey on a 1850 cottage with extensions - extremely comprehensive report received - I only had a 10 mins viewing of property so had to totally rely on the report to make sure I was not buying a load of problems - now moved in and can see the report was extremely accurate on its condition - instruct this company with confidence

The best 640 I ever spent. Probably saved thousands to rectify non obvious problems. The report was extremely thorough with multiple photographs and cogent explanations. I would strongly recommend using this firm for its professionalism which was delivered in a very timely manner.

Ian did a fantastic job with our Level 3 survey, providing a thorough report but one that also had helpful points of what to focus on. He then very helpfully came back almost two years later to help assess options for one of the last outstanding projects.
