        Urgently needed to use the pharmacy to fulfil a pain relief prescription for my elderly mother. Note that the store opens at 0830, but the pharmacy does not open until 0900

        Sadly Boots, Bridport is a store I only go in if I have too. Always a long queue and such slow service for dispensary. Today I just wanted a couple over the counter tablets. Couldn't find them, asked a store assistant who was just fiddling tidying some dental products, bluntly told 'see the pillar over there where that man's head is, its there.' No showing me, still took time to find them as it was actually other side of the shelving. Think its something to do with Boots staff training. I was in Babylon Hill store in Yeovil recently. Asked where mens talc was,' Kurt reply 'Don't sell it, just baby powder. Living on a past name and staff including managers need customer service skill training.
