TSB Bank

I unfortunately had a bad meeting to discuss an issue, but as I have limited hearing listening to a phone conversation, I unfortunately got a little distressed and and felt intimidated, the young person who was supposed to be helping me stood behind me and didn't seem to have much interest in my situation, he failed to notice my ongoing distress and just let me walk out of the bank almost in tears that I was hiding with anger now I am waiting for a phone call from financial suport services, to put things in order.

This branch is a disgrace, fraud team never answer the phone. No one will sort out the mess that has been created by the staff at Bridport Branch and no one will call back or answer the phone! Disgusting, they are withholding money from an old ladies account through their own mistakes! Surely this is illegal! I have given one star as no stars cannot be posted!!!!

The customer service in this particular branch is appalling.

When compared to other branches of TSB this one really isn't bad at all. Shame about the car park being closed at the rear following abuse by non TSB customers. Within the district I find this branch sort of in the middle with Taunton at the top and Yeovil at the bottom.
