        I visited on Monday 1st November and had problems with a payment going through. The cashier called Liz couldnt have been more helpful. Liz went to a lot of trouble to help me with the payment and helped me set up telephone banking so I could speak to someone at head office. Liz is a credit to HSBC at Bridport. I cant thank her enough!
