Didn't even bother to turn up to do the quote. No apology or contact since In answer to your response I phoned you on the 10th October, spike to a lady who said Chris would call round on the 13th to give me a quote. Yes I have gone somewhere else now thanks

Taylor Made of Bridlington installed 3 replacement windows on my property (1 bathroom, 2 bedroom) they also supplied & fitted bifold doors , a new kitchen window & a large roof lantern these are not covered by Fensa they're covered by building control but the 3 replacement windows are covered by Fensa I'm currently having problems with the large roof lantern leaking & through my builder Jon Tindall I have been trying since May 2022 to get him/Taylor Made to rectify this along with problems with the GRP roof (the roof problems are down to the builder) also I have made numerous phone & email requests to Taylor Made about this & have asked them to send the Fensa certificate out to me, Pam at Taylor Made has kept assuring me she will send it out but having now rung Fensa myself it transpires my installation ie the 3 replacement windows, has not even been registered with Fensa! I wouldn't recommended this company to anyone not only because of the Fensa certificate problem but also because they & the builder have failed to rectify my leaking roof lantern after first reporting it to them back in May 2022 which was nearly a year ago, we're now in March 2023. I would strongly advise anyone who has had worked done by Taylor Made to make sure you have received all the relevant paperwork/ certificates because if you haven't this can cause future problems, especially if you come to sell your property.
