Hello, I will not be pursuing any future clean due to the attitude of the gentleman that came today. I made sure I was in to let him round. He rang my bell with absolutely no hello or smile just abruptly asking me to unlock the gate. Plus he did not do all my windows. I have photos with the time as proof if required. I still have seagull business on one of my front windows. I asked politely how much roughly it would be and was abruptly cut and told that he didnt know till hed done it. Quite rude. Then I didnt even know he had gone. Just paper through my letter box.
To be honest from the emails i was quite shocked And surprised as the service didnt match what I had received on the emails. The messages I have had from you have been polite and well written. The service face to face, abysmal. I would have at least expected a hello. Obviously not every time, but on the first definitely. Instead was just rudeness and unfinished work.
I hope this is no reflection on you. But I simply cannot accept your services.
And at double the price I have already been quoted by a very polite young man who does all of my windows I shall not be needing you again.
Many thanks though for the free offer. It was my mother in law who gave me the slip willing me to be her guinnie pig. I shall also let her know.
