        Forced to deal with this company regarding service charges and ground rent to my property. Over the years I've had to communicate with them, they never follow through with even basic enquiries. Have never called me back even after multiple promises that it wont happen again. They confirmed a payment I sent for ground rent after me having to chase them down multiple times only to get a snotty letter complaining in had not paid and implied I needed to sort my finances out. Only to find out they placed the money in the wrong account which I had to basically help them to do it by sending my own bank statements. No apology. Absolute joke of a company.

        Very bad attitude if you on benefits not what to know you or and .... dogs. they cross telling you to piss off but with out them word bad attitude vey nasty lady that can call lady with that attitude .
