F&B Fish & Chips - Restaurant & Takeaway

Visited today I would not recommend to nobody tables were dirty chips were awful didn't even get offered a glass with our cans of pop even tho its meant to be a Cafe will not be returning again!

AVOID unless you want to be disapointed... Visited during Early May Bank Holiday Weekend and frankly regret not walking past to the place I had found online. This place is a joke. They have takeaway sure, but me and my family wanted to eat in, they have tables and chairs in the cafe 'area' upstairs but the area is horrible and it has no toilet facilities for eating in customers. Beyond that there is their lack of a decent level of customer service and definetely some false advertising going on... 3 of us paid for fish & chip deal costing 7.40 each which included a tea or coffee as well as bread & butter. The latter failed to turn up, and when I questioned the young lad behind the counter he just shrugged and said "we dont have any". We had to pay extra to get can drinks which they advertised as cheaper than hot drinks, see the picture of the menu I uploaded- doesnt make much business sense to me. No explaination, no alternative, no reduction in cost, no apologies. Would not recommend. And frankly there are better options locally than this place.. or should that be 'this plaice'... lol, ugh... the only thing true about it us that it truly is a joke.

Nice little fisheries. Restaurant up stairs. Great customer service from the owner.
