        An unexpected unseasonal cold spell in Bridlington caused our static caravan combi to freeze and burst.Heating engineer Dave attended my call out within 4 hours and temporarily reconnected the central heating part of system. New Vaillant parts were ordered and installed the following week. Dave's quick service prompts me to give this recommendation, it is a pleasure to deal with this professional business.         We needed a plumber late one Friday evening after a DIY mishap. We rang GEM after finding them on Google and within half an hour he was at the door. He explained everything he was doing and where I had gone wrong and couldnt have been more helpful. I would highly recommend GEM. A genuinely really nice guy, that hasnt just seen s for a Friday night call out. Just an honest, genuine tradesman that you can trust and rely on. We will certainly be using them again in future. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
