        Receptionist Jo Dyson very rude!! Obviously not very good at been the face of a business. I would not recommend this place for this reason if you are thinking about letting your elderly loved ones live there, just makes you wonder if they employ people like her!!!

        Watch out for Amy B who works here she upsets staff and makes "loads" of rude comments around people's brain surgery its descusting Amy leave people's mental health alone

        Dreadful staff unwilling to go one centimeter past the bare minimum. Avoid this place the same way the staff here will avoid taking any ownership of their responsibilities in providing even a modicum of human dignity to those in their twilight years. Where is the 1300 a WEEK going? Vile company, vile staff. All involved should be deeply ashamed as "professionals" and human beings.
