Sue and her team are extremely knowledgable and responsive. We were really happy with the service provided when we bought our first home providing excellent advice as first time buyers. We have recently remortgaged with Sue and team's support. The service was excellent, we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. I couldnt recommend Sue and her team enough! They all went above and beyond to ensure all of my worries and silly questions had been dealt with in such an efficient and polite manner. As someone buying their first home, and had zero knowledge about what needs to happen or what the next steps are.
