        The estimate was far too high. Job was to remove & reseat 26 ridge tiles which I was told would be done in a day. The estimate was 780 + VAT =936. Another local roofer who has done other work in our street quoted 500 +VAT= 600. They would replace the existing tiles with similar new ones cheaper than Brown's estimate.

        I have never used this service so I cannot comment on the quality or professionalism of their work; What I can comment on is that either the owner or an employee has just screamed at me out of their van window as they drove past for the sole reason that people would class me as a "goth". This shows completely unprofessional attitude whilst out-and-about in company uniform/vehicle. Will now recommend people do not use these.
