        We did a few viewings with this bunch and they could be described as useless at best. It made my day to see that as of 26 sept they have now gone bust.

        Viewed a 2 bedroom property priced at 195K. Not offers above, not in the region of, not in excess of but priced at 195K. We offered the full asking price at the end of the viewing providing it was taken off the market. Having arrived home we got a call from Dunk, Lewis & Graves to say they were going ahead with the next viewing, The next call was to say that they had an offer from that viewing and we would need to make a full and final offer of more than 200,000 and it would be a one of, final bid. They then went back and obviously told the other party that we had made a full and final offer of 205,000 and they would have to top that, which they did. I repeat that this was offered for sale at 195000. We met the asking price. DLG in my opinion acted totally unprofessional by accepting bids and misrepresented the sale price. No morals. We will not be viewing anymore of their properties and would certainly advise prospective buyers to stay clear. The buyer has paid more than 10000 above the original asking price. UPDATE: It is now10th January 2022 and still no response from office manager. I can only assume the manager has not yet returned from annual leave and no investigation. has been conducted. Morally reprehensible!
