Called in today for a new vape and Julie helped me out, she went through all my needs and got me the perfect vape. So happy with my purchase and all the time and help from Julie. Thank you 100% customer service ****UPDATE 12/08**** called in today as I had a minor fault with my new vape, Julie sorted/fixed it straight away 100% customer service yet again, thanks for all your help again Julie and back to being a happy vaper. Cant thank you enough .

Whilst on holiday at Primrose Valley my husbands e-cig stopped working!!! We needed a new one fast! I rang the Bridlington store and spoke to Julie, who advised us the best place to park (and go for a much needed coffee for me!) whilst visiting the shop. Julie was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much Julie, you are a star, and an asset to Totally Wicked!

Fantastic shop and so helpful for smokers wanting to quit the woman who works here is truly wonderful so understanding and supportive in trying to help me stay smoke free. I highly recommend this shop for that alone. Giving up isnt easy and you need the right vapes liquids for it. Im 15 days cigarettes free now! As a heavy smoker i needed the support. Thanknyou!!
