Update on response from MSC. The computer came with a commander core which is the fan controller and that was new to you, so I understand that. However, when pointing out the build was wrong, - the fan was not possible to be fitted in the back because the cooler was put on the wrong way. The retailer have build me the exact same build and the cooler tubing is from the right and there's plenty of room. I don't want to sound harsh when this kind of build might be even new to you also, but the retailer told me this was the wrong way and also the fans where fitted inside the case at the top to maximise cooling. Just wanted to point this out, because it also adds to me paying for the build that wasn't done correctly. I have had the same computer build by two different companies before and they never build it like your build. The tubing was also drooping down which isn't good for the cooler itself as air bubbles can get trapped, etc, that might be even why it was turning off, ? Thank you for your reply and I dont want to sound harsh as i'm sure you provide excellent service to all your customers. It just seems the build could have been done with more thought. sorry that I feel that way, but that's just going from experience with the retailers build quality. Also, regarding the pc not working when I build it, mine was a separate issue relating to the cooler not powering up and that's because I plugged the wrong cable in. My issue is it never functioned for more than an hour after leaving your store. I will consider the matter closed and understand you will do everything to defend your reputation, but I'm just leaving my experience as I'm the one out of pocket. Also, I did not get compensation from the retailer. They offered me a discount on some fans for like 10 pounds. Thanks for your genuine care in trying to resolve the issue, but a number of retailers have told me the build wasn't correct. When having a pc built from a store instead of online, there's a risk you take when it comes to guarantees. I chose MCS due to the welcoming nature of the owner Mike, and there's no denying his experience and knowledge on pc tech. Unfortunately, my computer that was built with parts I purchased brand new - TESTED TWICE AS NOT FAULTY BY THE ONLINE RETAILER - ended up loosing power within an hour and the end result was a computer that lasted a few days then would require a CMOS reset on the motherboard to function. It is understandable why a guarantee would not be offered with MCS due to them not buying the parts, but because the computer only lasted one hour before developing a fault, I feel the charge for this was unfair due to how quickly the fault occurred. I paid for an operating system and provided a 40 tip on top of this, and the build price back would have been suffice, especially when the build wasn't entirely built as I requested with a fan in the back. So really I paid for something that wasn't to my request, but that's my fault with been hasty. I cannot say that my review will reflect other people, as my pc was a 4 thousand pound pc, and something like that might be rare for the store when considering the parts involved and experience with them. For example - me having to give advice myself on how corsair fans are powered. In the end, I don't have anything against MCS, but feel my genuine and honest review is required for anyone that could be in the same position. I understand Mike has explained to me he doesn't offer guarantees, but I should have walked out when that was said. In the end, the overall experience has left me in a dilemma. On one hand, the motherboard is confirmed not fault, and on the other, the pc didn't work and was told by the online retailer it must not have been built correctly. I'm sure the majority wont have issues here for builds, but that's my experience. Mike did try to find the solution for me and i'm grateful for that. It's just a shame I was left in such a dilemma.

I had a problem with the flight button on my computer. Couldn't have wished for better service. Left with them for half an hour and all sorted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
