What an amazing service . Its not the first time Im buying there. In comparing to hull where i have been treated ignorant , here in Bridlington I was treated professionally and he is so so helpful. He shares his knowledge. Great customer service and cant recommend high enough

Terrible experience, he managed to scam 8 out of us. The owner was rude, arrogant, egotistical and an all round nasty piece of work. We paid him 8 to fit us a screen protector for a Samsung A51, when we realised the screen protector wasn't the right size for the phone, we challenged him on it but he was having none of it. He became increasingly rude and hostile as I attempted to explain that that's not what I wanted, an edge to edge screen protector was what I needed, of course he only tells us that he doesn't have that after he has taken our money. He knew exactly what had done and he found it funny. He was condescending and laughed at us when we tried to resolve the issue. After we told him we were not local and lived 2 hours away, he decided to offer a replacement the following week, knowing full well that wasn't an option for us ( he couldn't even stop himself for smirking during this offer). Once we told him that due to the fact that he sold us a screen protector that doesn't fit we wanted a refund, he scoffed and became hostile, it was clear that he doesn't care about the customers, only their money. This is possibly the rudest store owner I've come across, be weary as he will undoubtedly try to exploit you for money. Instead I would recommend you go the the phone shop round the corner as they are really friendly and helpful. Avoid this 'shop' at all costs! Edit: As you can see, the man below will lie to save his reputation. He claims we came back 4 days later with a broken screen however we live very far away from Bridlington, and the screen never broke! He sold us the wrong size and we tried to sort it within a 30 minute period. The man who served us was nasty and has no idea what he is talking about. He is greedy, all he cares about is money. We never received a refund, paid this man 8 for an item that clearly didn't fit. Awful awful experience. Please avoid this stall and go to a better phone shop around the corner.

I found that the gentleman who works at the Bridlington site, Nomz to be very helpful and friendly. I will certainly go back if I need any other equipment or repairs done in the future.
