Trying to find a specific vinyl that seemed to be out of stock or not due in for several weeks. We'd almost given up when we walked past this shop. Kev managed to find the exact vinyl we wanted and within a good time frame of delivery. We didn't need anyone to fit it, but obviously they would have. And given other reviews they clearly do a nice job both vinyl and carpets. Since my last review 3 weeks ago, we recently laid out the vinyl. Unfortunately there were indentations from the top to the bottom in a perfect line formation. We went back to Kevin, showed him the pictures he gave us options, but unfortunately the time frame for which a new batch of vinyl would arrive was going to be far too long, but not Kevin's fault. He gave us a full refund, apologised for the inconvenience and was happy to send people around to remove it or leave it with us to dispose of.
