I call into the shop every week and always find something to buy, loads of good value clothing and other bits the shop is always well presented and clean staff are always friendly and chatty, in my opinion one of the best charity shop's in Bridlington. I have Read a comment with regards to the lady that runs the shop disgriminating against disabilities with face masks etc, well let me tell you that she herself wears a sunflower exempt certificate so why would she not know about it or make comments??? she also has volunteers that help in the shop with disabilities, learning difficulties and other mental health issues,so well done for taking the time to work with and help these people and well done the shop is fab.

Called into the shop a couple of days ago for a look around as I had not been in for a while, and got a lovely surprise the shop has got loads more stuff than normal and is alot more organised they have had a massive change around, the shop does not smell bad like some charity shops you walk in either which is good! I ended up spending money on my new coat and other items at bargain prices, the staff even went upstairs to bring me down more items . I would like to praise the staff for how they dealt with the extremely nasty and rude lady who swore and called the female staff member horrible names this was witnessed by several other customers whom were also shocked and totally disgusting at that kind of behaviour from an adult whom had her teenage son present with her, the staff member called for her manager from upstairs and then this lady shoved her hand in the staff members face making finger gestures, then threw clothes across the shop floor and left screaming she would be making a report to head office, well all can say is that you should be ashamed of yourself for what did to that poor lady trying to do her job and in a charity shop.......honesty!? These people don't go to work to have to deal with this kind of abuse The staff in here cant do enough for you ,very friendly people with excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning soon, I was also given by the manager some bags so I could bring my unwanted things which I thought was a nice but simple touch.

Am absolutely appalled by the behaviour and attitude of the woman running the shop. The way she conducted herself considering she works in customer service is a disgrace! She swore at me infront of my son and reading previous comments she's not fit for the job.

I went in a few weeks ago the woman running the shop was arrogant and nasty and discriminating towards disability not towards me but was about me to the other Male member of staff, she had a laminate sheet in front of her showing him that it was law that people wear masks and shouldn't be out if they cant ,she needs to read the government guidelines about exempt people, she clearly has no clue as to to law ,I won't be going in the shop ever again and I've also written to head office
