I have just been on the phone to the surgery and I was told I was number one in the call que I have been waiting 35 minutes now its disgusting.

My doctor is excellent, it's getting to see her that is the trouble. The receptionists job seems to be to do anything to stop people seeing a doctor. And a bloody good job they are doing too! Not answering the phones, hiding in the back room pretending to look for lost prescriptions and trying to get people to a nurse instead. A little know fact that they are not glorified pen pushers but are actual qualified doctors as they always ask you what's wrong with you, so, they can give you a diagnosis. Perhaps when video link computer appointments come in, it might get better but I doubt it. I expect they will cut in and say, "Computer says, no."

Absolutely Terrible, don't know what they have done to the phone lines. On hold for 40 minutes. You go in to the surgery expecting it to be so busy. It's empty and the staff are just ignoring the phones. Not the best in Bridlington

Sometimes waiting a long for doctors nurses very lovely from doctors are nice
