        Two lasses today were amazingly helpful ! Very kind and gave outstanding service going out of their way I didnt even know how to turn off my old iPhone nor that I have Alexa at one of my addresses! So obviously have internet . Thank you both so much xx

        One of the worst customer service Ive seen. staff members were not helpful at all. They said they cant sell me a phone but didnt give me any reason why. Absolute joke

        Unless you're buying a phone, they generally rush you out of the door and get you to ring customer services. Had my dad lied to about what services they can provide in-store (such as unlocking and providing PAC codes), as well as plenty of other people with similiar experiences

        Katie was brilliant. Very helpful especially as I am not very good with phones and Internet but she was very patient and explained everything to me in language I understood
