        We needed a new boiler and looked around for a plumber who really knew his trade. John provided the best quote and was prepared to engage, yet didn't give us any sales talk. When it came to installation he didn't cut any corners - our house is solid brick with a lath and plaster inner, and there's quite a big void between the lath and the wall. He wasn't convinced that the bolts were going far enough into the wall and went out for longer bolts. He also took time to bleed and balance the radiators afterwards. In short, straight talking, exceptionally professional and knowledgable, responsive to queries, and someone where nothing is too much trouble. Recommended unreservedly.
