        Visited Marshall's today and was very happy with the choice of boots on offer and the service I received. I was offered many different boots to try on (some more than once). Nothing was too much trouble for the assistant. Went in for 1 pair, came out with 3, all reasonably priced. Will be back when we are in the area, would definitely recommend.

        Very poor experience with online ordering followed by really poor customer liaison and a snotty attitude email response sent by the MD who had in hissy fit cancelled an order Id paid for by phone in retaliation for my having followed THIER advice to contact PayPal (and then following PayPal's advice). Avoid online shopping with this company like the plague.
