Murray Hills Solicitors

I'd planned to use Murray Hills Solicitors, at the suggestion of my estate agent, to handle the sale of a property in Bridlington. Ultimately, after Murray Hills had wasted over a month doing nothing I had to appoint another solicitor to try to regain momentum. The cause of the delay was MH's policy of total inaction if their arcane and labyrinthine terms and conditions aren't fully met. No reminders, prompts, etc - just nothing happening but time ticking by. Their attitude is archaic - an 'all original paper documents' mindset - in marked contrast to the firm I subsequently engaged who use quick, convenient secure online methods. I would not recommend Murray Hills.

I contacted this place for a quotation for conveyancing. When I got a call back they (name withheld) acted like they already had my business, so I explained I initially wanted a quote. At which point their attitude changed. Abrupt and less than helpful. Made my decision easy! Edit: replying to review responses is not possible on Google, and I don't want to publicly name the individual.

We used Jessica Briggs at Murray Hills for the purchase of our first home and couldnt be more pleased with the service we received.
