        Excellent place, all rooms clean, hosts Jane & Tim couldn't be better, nothing too much trouble, outstanding breakfast's, near to town and seafront. Walkability: Park your car, go on the train (15 mins from station) seafront 5 min.

        Just back from a 2 night stay can't fault it at all Jane and Tim are the best hosts. Breakfast was 10/10 and I am coeliac and really enjoyed gluten free sausage and ash brown as I can't always get that X great bar and lounge area with big TV X our room was great (5) and a big shower was bonus X lovely decor X fabulous dog friendly hotel too XX
